We also reserve the right to refuse orders suspected to be made by resellers or distributors.

7. Returns

All Glowed products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which means:

  • Returns must be sent back to our East Asia warehouse at the customer’s expense (approximately $20 USD).
  • Returned items must arrive in resalable condition for a refund to be processed.

8. Order Cancellations

We work to process orders quickly. If you'd like to cancel, you must do so within 6 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, please refer to our return process.
