Refund policy

At Velora, we stand behind the quality of our skincare—but we understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit. That’s why we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging, with all labels intact
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind?
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of being placed. After this time, we begin processing, and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, our standard return policy applies.

 

If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important:
Returns must be approved in advance. We cannot accept unannounced returns.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Returns must be shipped to our international warehouse in East Asia.
  • The typical return shipping fee is approximately $20 USD, depending on your location.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids)

Exchanges

Need a different product?
We recommend returning the item you have (once approved) and placing a new order for what you need. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, a refund (minus shipping and restocking fees) will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
