Always Free Shipping
We believe getting glowing skin shouldn’t come with extra costs. That’s why shipping is always 100% free – no matter where you are or how much you order.
Important Shipping Terms
- Peak Period Delays: During busy times (like Black Friday, holiday seasons, etc.), delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks due to increased volume or logistics delays.
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect shipping address is entered and the package cannot be delivered, no refund will be issued. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a delivery attempt is made but the package isn't collected within 15 days, it will be returned to the sender. No refund will be provided. The item can be re-shipped after we receive it back.
- Address Changes: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
- Damaged Packages: Glowed is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. We do not offer compensation for such incidents.
- International Orders: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that the correct value is provided for customs processing. Refunds will not be issued for any fees charged by customs.
